Hij heeft dat goed gezegd, den Bob, in dit lied. Een protestlied dat nu best nog actueel is (op een andere manier dan in de sixties natuurlijk), maar dat ook gewoon rustgevend klinkt, eenvoudig, sympathiek. Ik grijp niet vaak terug naar muziek van voor de nineties, en al helemaal niet zo vaak naar muziek van voor de eighties, maar dit is gewoon zo één van die zeldzame merkwaardig tijdloze nummers.
Er bestaat geen clip van, en de hele tijd op Bobs gezicht zitten kijken is ook maar saai, dus heb ik voor het begin van Watchmen gekozen, ook wel omdat ik dat stuk goed vind. En ook wel omdat YouTube voor de rest vol staat met slechte covers. Luister ernaar op YouTube, want embedden mag niet.

Het is eerder een verouderd voorzetsel dat tegenwoordig alleen nog gebruikt wordt in poëtisch en gelijksoortig taalgebruik, en in dialectisch taalgebruik in bepaalde delen van de VS.
